Gladiator, Poem 35

Go home

We shall meet in dreams

“What you do

Echos through

Gladiator, please

Let armor befall the floor

Of thine own castle, my lord

Shield us from destruction

Sheath thy sword

Stand naked among spoils

Of battles before

Vows to

Conquer no more.

Perch thyself and release

Drink wine and feast

Where warriors rome

Go home

Something a little different. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Like, share, and don’t forget to follow.
